Gardening at the VLC

We made contact with Avon Wildlife rust, who were willing to do some gardening work with us to tidy up our school flowerbeds. We have now had two visits from them and have managed to clear a massive overgrown flowerbed, prune back an overgrown tree and build some bat boxes. We are going to continue with some more sessions to tidy up the school and do some planting. we are in talks to start a project at Grove park in Weston super Mare doing some conservation work and the students will be accredited with AQA certificates.
