Exam Results 2017

Exam Results 2017

Students across the VLC campus celebrated some great exam results this year. GCSEs were gained in Art & Design, English Language, Maths, Science and ICT, with fantastic A grades gained in two of these subjects by a couple of students. In the Tuition service, 80% of students achieved 3 or more passes at A*-G. Across the VLC, a 100% pass rate was achieved at entry level in Maths, English and Science as well as level 2 BTEC Home Cooking Skills. In Weston, Motor Vehicle Certificate at level 1 and Award at level 2 also achieved a 100% pass rate.

Given that many of our students have a record of missing much of school through illness and other reasons these results are outstanding and a testament to the hard work of our students and dedication of staff.
